We are a local association that is committed to positively contributing to a safe, fun, and growing hockey program through the education of USA Hockey certified officials. We take pride in developing quality referees in order to provide the players, coaches, and fans, the highest level of service possible.
Interested in Officiating?
The Gallatin Hockey Officials Association is looking to add more On Ice Officials. This is a great opportunity to stay involved with hockey, challenge yourself to learn more about the game, give back to the sport, and make a little bit of money in the process. Registration with USA Hockey must be complete by October 31st and certification must be complete by December 31st.
Join us for an on ice educational opportunity October 12th from 10:45am to 11:45am to learn about the basics of referee positioning.

Incident Reports (REQUIRED)
USA Hockey officials are REQUIRED to submit a game report immediately following the game for any major, game misconduct or match penalty that is assessed.

In addition to the online game report, Please fill out the sheet in the referee locker room for any 3 & Out, Misconduct, Game Misconduct, or Match Penalty that occurs in the Adult League (HHL).
Please email a copy of all game reports to Kyler Harris & Mike McGarrah.
Scheduling
One of our biggest challenge every season is making sure ALL games are scheduled with qualified officials. Once you receive your crest, please let us know so we can add you to Horizon Web Ref (our scheduling software).
**PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR AVAILABILITY CALENDAR UP TO DATE IN ORDER TO HELP OUR SCHEDULERS DO THEIR JOB AND TO MAKE SURE YOU GET GAMES. TURNBACKS SHOULD BE RARE **
